"I have never been the type of person that likes to go to gyms and work out. I was always intimidated by all the equipment and how to properly use it. I didn’t know what would work for me or not based on the results I wanted. I started running on a treadmill at home, 2 to 3 miles a day, 2 to 3 days a week and I saw great results.
